A 9-year-old Pakistani Canadian girl struggles to understand her mother’s cultural expectations of beauty when she wants to go outside and play but her mom insists on making her stay inside and use whitening cream. Premiered at Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival on November 14th 2016.
